WHO WE ARE

Patagonia Ranch Estates consists of two groups, group A and group B. The two groups are separated geographically and have separate property owner associations. This is the group A ( Lake Patagonia Ranch Property Owners Association A, or  LPRPOA-A )  web site.

The LPRPOA-A board of directors is a group of a few neighbors who volunteer their time to try to help with issues that come up in the neighborhood. There are semi regular meetings open to all residents and land owners.

The board is responsible for maintaining enforcement of the group A codes which exist to maintain the character, safety, and property values of the neighborhood. The board works hard to resolve issues in an understanding, respectful, neighborly way.
